We are overflowing with show announcements we have to tell you about for the upcoming spring right now. This one is a hardcore show of sorts happening on Sunday, March 29th. We also have Power of Dusk from Champaign/Urbana coming and playing at our downtown location for the first time. Opening things up is the one Springfield band on the bill and that is Prowess!

We are doing this thing again. For those of you who can remember as far back as December of the year 2017, we held a game show / trivia night of sorts at Black Sheep, put on by “Country Breakfast Jack” aka BJ. Now, on Friday, February 21st it is happening all over again at our new space featuring our new gold curtains. From the event description:

Game Show Night is going to include games, challenges, music, and tons of other surprises that will make us all feel like winners in the end.

The Show will be hosted by our own Country Jack and his mom Jill.

Music will be provided by Animals with Human names and maybe some comedy TBA.

Surely this is going to be a good time. The fun will begin at 7:00 pm on this day and entry is $5. Check out a facebook event for the show right here. Also check out our shows page for a look at what else is coming up this month and beyond at Dumb Records.
