We might be cleaning up the inside of our space a bit as well.

Can’t make it to the meeting? That’s okay! We have a get involved page set up for those of you looking for what else you can do to help out.

Audiofeed Music Festival in Urbana

audiofeedHere at blacksheepspringfield.com, we always have some music festival going on somewhere outside of (or in) Springfield to tell you about. Today we bring you news of a new festival called “Audiofeed Music Festival” happening in Urbana this summer on July 5th and 6th. This festival may be taking place miles away in Urbana, but there is a “Black Sheep Stage” being ran by Kevin Bradford of Black Sheep himself! Bands playing this stage include Maylene & The Sons of Disaster, The Scurvies, The Skies Revolt, and many more. The festival is being put together by those who were involved with putting together Cornerstone Music Festival in previous summers.

For the complete lineup of bands playing, you can go here. Audiofeed Fest also has a website which you can check out here. Here is a list of other things going on from the website:

We will have music.  Good music.  Maybe some big names yet to come, maybe all the kinds of bands that made Cornerstone great – the underground and unknowns that are, frankly too creative, too intensely passionate to receive broad market appeal,

Camping – RV and tent sites.

Speakers – you’ll know that we are doing what we’re doing because we are passionate about following the example and teaching of Jesus.

Community.  We were created for community. The combination of everything above, experienced with friends old and new.  That feeling… if you’re one of “us”, I don’t need to explain it.  If you’re not, we welcome you to experience it with us.
