Looks like September is going to be a good month for back to school Springfield house shows, with The Radon Lounge recently announcing a big one on September 27th, and now this one at The CFP on Sunday, September 22nd. For those of you unfamiliar, CFP is a house venue in town and it stands for “The Club For Pets” so bring your pets. This show features world famous band “World’s Famous Dad” from Georgia. Listen to their newest release, Get Over It on the player below. Also on this show is Nectar from Champaign/Urbana, always a solid Champaign band to go on a Springfield show, right? And of course, Attic Salt* is playing this show too, we hear they all live in that basement anyways.
