Recently Springfield has been overtaken with a great influx of noisey projects. Eric Rogers of The Luzhin Defense has tried his hand at some far less melodic and way harsher electronic musings with his new project Block Shempe. The tracks are short, harsh, and right to the point.

Meanwhile a new noise project called Gazeebo has a new collection of tracks entitled “Forever”, as well as a previously released wall noise track. “Forever” features shorter songs that are just as angry.

Finally, IAMIAM, a noise project featuring Austin Connelly of Montagh, has released a few new songs recently. Most recently exposed to the world is a collaboration with Borealis (Mario Cannamela of Soap Scum), and is a thickly layered track with a great deal of guitar tricks and noisey bits. Also two singles have recently been released and there is talk of a new album coming off the belt soon!
