Tonight is going to be a nasty rock n’ roll show at The Black Sheep Cafe. We have the second ever performance by Springfield’s new trick-or-treat indie band JAG. Then we have a performance by St. Louis project Shitstorm, who is currently on a long spring tour. You can find some of Shitstorm’s music streaming below. This show will also feature long-running California punk band Slow Children, who are also on tour. Then we have Springfield disgusting punk band Mouthsex, who just released their demo earlier this week. To top this all off we have washed up old punkers Soap Scum who will be dusting off their leather jackets and opening the show up.

Tonight will be a very special night at Black Sheep. First off, we have the nice people behind The Radon Lounge putting together a show that will be hosted inside our space. This is the first time that has happened and we are very excited to welcome them into our space. Second, we have a band coming from Sweden to play this show. They are Case Conrad and you can find their music streaming below. Case Conrad will be on tour with King Of Prussia from Atlanta, Georgia. We also have a couple of local bands on this show. We have the post-rock band Meredosia. Then we also have the poppy and fun band Full Chroma starting things off for us.

Hey fine people, we got a fresh show happening this evening and it’s going to be big. Koji from Run For Cover records is gracing us tonight with some heart-felt solo jams. On tour with Koji is also A.N Palamara (MA) who will have some deep, folksy tunes to offer. On the local end of the spectrum, the acoustic act Rella will be opening up the evening, and emotional hardcore band Our Lady will be playing a raw set tonight as well. This show is going to be ragged so get ready to feed yr soul.

Last night was a LOT of fun at Black Sheep, and hopefully tonight things will continue to not disappoint. Tonight we are having a pretty big hip-hop show, so if that is something you are into then we will see you there! This show will feature D.B. Cooper who also goes by the name of Cooshit, also the name of his clothing company which is sponsoring the show. Then we have Springfield’s own hip-hop artist Habilis Riccardo. Also another hip-hop/rap artist going by the name Pytch Wyte. Then a hip-hop duo called The Co-Pilots. Make sure you’re there to see Roskomillio, who is a rap artist who has performed at Black Sheep before.

This is our only show this weekend so let’s all come out and make it a good one. Tonight we have the band Beresith coming from Michigan City, Indiana. They play blackened death metal. You can check out some of their music streaming on the player below. This show will also feature progressive band from St. Louis, The Gorge. Also coming from St. Louis is the band The Lion’s Daughter. They play sludgy black metal. Before that see Champaign metal band Orator rock until the ceiling collapses. Then we have special newer local metal band Kharybdis.

It’s Wednesday night and tonight we have one ska-punk explosion of a show happening at Black Sheep. There will truly be something here for the whole family. We have Stuck Lucky coming from Nashville Tennessee to play for us all. The last time Stuck Lucky played at Black Sheep was seven years ago! This show is also exciting because it will be the very first performance by a brand new Springfield ska-core band called Akaname. They have released one song called “Bird Girl” which you can find here. Next up we have Muldoon’s Clever Girls traveling all the way from Iowa. They last played Black Sheep in November as part of “This Is The End Fest.” Opening things up will be the fast punk band Say Something. Come be a part of the top notch circle pits for this show.

Get ready for this mega five-band show happening tonight at Black Sheep. It’s going to be full of different types of music of all shapes and sizes. We are not sure on the band order tonight so just get there on time and stick around for all of the bands, okay? Tonight we have The Seething Coast, the Springfield punk band that released two full length albums last year. You can find their music streaming on the player embedded below. The touring band on this show is The Half Truths from Denton, Texas. They play pop punk and are big fans of Springfield. This show will also feature weirdo-shock punk rock band Epsom, who will be performing for the second time at Black Sheep. Then we have the electronic/synthpop band The Luzhin Defense spicing up the night for us. Also this show will feature a performance by new Springfield spoken word type project Honey Suck.

It’s Thursday! That’s not stopping us from having a brutal show at Black Sheep, it only fuels our desires. So tonight, Souls will be coming around all the way from South Dakota to entice and electrify us with blackened hardcore punk. Loses the Mighty will be playing as well, and their hardcore, ambient tunes are sure to be super heartfelt as usual so come check them out too. Kharybidis will coming around as well to technically and metallically annihilate us during their set. John Wayne Knockout Punch will be playing tonight as well, so come out to see what they’re all about. Ladies, gents and its, get ready to mosh your worries away.
