It’s another show announcement for June! This show is happening on Sunday, June 23rd. It’s a good old-fashioned three band punk rock show. This show features Neon Rebels who are a punk/hardcore band local to Springfield. Then we have Halt To Fire who are a brand new metalcore band from Ashland, Illinois. They will be playing their first show ever so let’s come out and show our support! The third band that will be opening things up for us is Moblin Massacre.

It looks like we have another post-Dumb Fest show announcement to make. On Friday, June 21st we have this show filled with noise, punk, and craziness. Headlining it all and ready to take on any band or wrestler that steps in their path is Scott Blacula. Next up is Merciless Game is a solo project of some chaotic noise punk. You can check out one of those songs below. Then we have Cabbage Heads from Michigan who will be playing a type of punk that is noisier than ever. Then a few more locals are starting things off. We have the second Black Sheep performance by Aporia, who surprised us with some interesting harsh noise last time they played. And opening things up will be Gutterpriest playing some intense noisecore.

On Tuesday, June 18th we will all have finished recovering from a crazy weekend of Dumb Fest at Black Sheep and Skank Skates and The Horse Show. It will be a great time for a fun acoustic show and potluck! The touring band coming through for this show is “Folk Y’All“. They come from New London, Connecticut and play “old-timey folk-punk”. You can also catch Springfield’s own acoustic folk-punk band, Lovecow. Then there is the folk/acoustic duo Montagh. And to open things up we have Jess Knight playing some acoustic tunes and covers for us.

Look at that cute flier by Our Lady’s own Molli Squires. That flier is for a almost last minute show at Black Sheep which is only a week from Wednesday! That means you better mark your calendars quick and reschedule your Wednesday night plans for May 15th! For this show we have Caterpillar Club – the shoegaze/sludge project featuring members of Hospital Job, Our Lady, and Soap Scum. They will be joined by a few touring acts. The first is a band on tour from all the way in Ottowa, Canada called Shahman. They play a noisy type of punk/rock stuff and you can find their music below. The second is a new project called Sundowning featuring a member of the band Regret, The Informer from Kansas City, Missouri. Last but not least we have the mysterious and mixed-genre Mildred, who will also be playing a show on Friday.
