There will also be a couple of in-store performances starting at 1:00 pm. Right now this includes the legendary Nighthawk and new acoustic act Hannah Tolan. The only day that will be changing on the new schedule is Sundays- Dumb Records will now be open from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sundays instead of 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. We just announced our punk rock cookout earlier today and there is also going to be a Black Sheep anniversary show which we will be announcing soon. Today we are announcing a special event at Dumb Records in September and that is Cassette Store Day happening Saturday, September 27th. Much like Record Store Day, Cassette Store Day will feature some rare and limited releases exclusively on cassette. You can find a list of those releases right here on the Cassette Store Day site (although we can not promise that we will have every one in store). There will also be some sort of sale going on in the store during the day for non-Cassette Store Day items. Be on the lookout for more Cassette Store Day announcements soon.
