Just when you thought we were done announcing bands for Dumb Fest 2, we are back with two more! Today we are here to announce that we have two more bands added to the long list of those playing Dumb Fest 2- and those are Estates from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Ski Mask from Columbia, Missouri. Estates will be playing day 1 of Dumb Fest on Friday June 13th and Ski Mask will be playing day 2 on Saturday June 14th. You can check out some of Estates’ music below.

Dumb Fest 2 will be happening on June 13th and 14th at Black Sheep, Skank Skates, and Dumb Records. You can still purchase two-day passes right here for $20, and the first 50 pre-orders come with a free hand-screen printed poster. Today we are finally able to bring you the fourth and FINAL DUMB FEST 2 announcement! We have been waiting TOO LONG to be able to tell you this last batch of bands that will be playing Dumb Fest 2 on June 13th and 14th at Black Sheep, Skank Skates, and Dumb Records. There you have it folks. As you can see, new Springfield band Swamp Rat who’s demo cassette was released today online is playing Dumb Fest. We also have some bands returning to Black Sheep including Lord Snow and Black Mask, who both played here last year. Then we have The Holidays, which features one member of the Philly punk band Bad Side who played at Black Sheep in September.

Today we have a big dumb fest announcement all of you kids, punks, freaks, burgers, and mutants. It’s the first ten bands that we are announcing for Dumb Fest 2, which will be happening on June 13th and 14th this year at Black Sheep, Skank Skates, and Dumb Records. The purpose of this fest is to highlight punk and hardcore DIY music happening in Central Illinois and the surrounding areas right now. Last year in June we hosted the first ever DUMB FEST at Black Sheep and Skank Skates and it was a smashing success. The idea behind the festival was to put together something that focused on current punk and hardcore DIY music happening in Central Illinois and the surrounding areas. Today we are announcing that DUMB FEST 2 will be happening on Friday and Saturday June 13th and 14th, 2014. No bands are being announced just yet, but now you have dates to start asking off work and planning around this big weekend!

Dumb Fest 2 will be happening inside Black Sheep, Skank Skates, and this year also inside the newly opened Dumb Records. Bands will start being announced throughout the month of March, which is coming up fast. You can stay on track with everything Dumb Fest 2 related on our Dumb Fest 2 page.
