Dumb Records will be open today from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Today is the first day you can go and put your name in the box for Black Sheep Band Lotto, and submissions will continue from now until the Black Sheep Cover Show on the 16th. Dumb Records is also open Fridays from 3:00 to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
