Tonight is our monthly Black Sheep Open Mic! How could you possibly not go seeing that happy black sheep standing on top of that hill with that smile? There are more open slots on this open mic than usual, so we need help with people coming out and claiming those slots! Here is the schedule for tonight so far:

The open mic tonight starts at 7:00 and will end at 10:00 if all of the slots get filled. We will be asking for donations of $1-5 at the door for Black Sheep. Looks like our next Black Sheep Open Mic is coming up quick! The next one will be happening in just half a month on Sunday, November 15th. Like the other open mics, for this one we have a number of 15-minute slots set aside for anyone who wants to claim them. Our last few open mics have been extremely fun and successful, and this one filled up with musicians, artists, and performers faster than any of the open mics we have previously put on. It’s time to get ready for the next Black Sheep Open Mic Night at Black Sheep! The open mic happening this month will be the fourth that we have held this year, and it is happening on Sunday, September 20th. We have just now started taking submissions for the open mic night, and have time slots available from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Don’t forget the Southtown Poetry Slam will also be happening one week prior to this on Sunday, September 13th.

Our Black Sheep Open Mic that was held at the beginning of May was a huge success. So much of a success that we want to keep putting on more Black Sheep Open Mic’s for anyone to participate in! The next Black Sheep Open Mic will be happening on Sunday, June 21st. We will be taking submissions for any of the thirteen 10-15 minute time slots we have open.
